***RENTER BEWARE***

I would urge anyone considering Arium Meadows to be extremely cautious. My experience regarding move-out procedures was unacceptable. I was forced to pay for a service I never requested throughout my tenancy, and when I verbally asked management for instructions on handling the equipment during my move-out, they provided an answer that was inconsistent with the lease and clearly incompetent. Following their guidance left me with hefty fees for "unreturned equipment." The management team has… refused to address the issue or assist in resolving the billing error they caused. They lack the training and clear policy adherence necessary to manage residents fairly. Avoid this property if you value clear communication and honest management.

Just toured today, I loved all of the amenities I loved the property I loved how big the apartments are at can't wait to move here hopefully we get approved, extremely nice office people!

Renter Beware

You will be paying for amenities you do not get access to. Whatever they advertise is not accessible. I currently live have not been able to access the amenities since I moved in which was April 2024
