Don’t be fooled
Let’s just get to the point. The rent is high, the walls are thin you can literally hear your neighbors talking through the walls or hearing them walk. The carpets in the halls are dirty, the lounge chairs at the pool are filthy. Parking is $150 and guests who visit also to pay. The elevators are down almost every other day. The parking garage gate was broken for what seemed like a year and the only reason it got fixed is because some poor woman got attacked. There are better properties that are... cheaper and well kept and actual luxury properties worth the money.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
RED FLAGS -
I lived here for a substantial amount of time, unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. I had a persistent issue with a weird black dust accumulation in my apartment, requiring daily mopping and dusting. My air filters would barely last two weeks. Management, instead of addressing the issue, gaslit me, and attributed the air filter problem to me burning candles in my apartment.
Despite being a long-term Las Vegas resident, I've never encountered black dust like this... in any of my previous living arrangements. The management and corporate blamed it on the Las Vegas desert environment. I Engaged with both the management and corporate about the issue and they yielded a rather sarcastic resolution - they gifted me a mop.
The general upkeep of the property is notably poor, which was sad to watch because it was such a beautiful property. They seldomly vacuum common areas and reported animal excretions remained uncleaned for months. In the two years I was there, the parking garage was cleaned once, hall carpets shampooed once, and outside windows were washed just once. These cleanings only occurred after contacting corporate, who initially brushed off the concerns stating their maintenance was "industry standard" - they also responded that if they cleaned them they would just get dirty again. Both, are disappointing responses considering the rent here is significantly higher than the valley's average on average two times more.
Upon moving out, I was charged $180 because the touch-up paint provided didn't match the wall color, due to the black dust discoloration.
Moreover, the pool furniture has visible body sweat stains because they are never cleaned like everything else. A sewer-like odor hits you in the face when you enter the hallways. Despite advertising, there's no 24-hour concierge service, this is also an issue because there are no keys, so if the key on your phone is not working, or your phone dies you will be locked out until 7 a.m. the next day. The paid parking 150 per month, was not secure with a broken gate that has remained broken for over a year, and the no 24-hour security which led to instances of homelessness and theft on the premises.
I strongly advise prospective tenants to consider other living options. The lack of upkeep, insincere management, and subpar living conditions do not justify the high rent.
