Great Area, Older Apartments, No Parking

The area is great to live in especially for walking and bike riding. There is a lot to do in the Arts District but I will be leaving when my lease is up because of the noise and the parking, which is terrible. The theater on the corner takes up a lot of parking. The First Friday event every month brings bad traffic, lots of people (noise), and too many cars.
The apartments are decent but have old appliances and lately, there have been lots of cockroaches. The managers used to spray for bugs… every month but not anymore for some reason.
