Boulder Palms

I've lived here for over a decade and am very happy with what I get for the price. Since I've lived here they've added a gate (which is actually closed most of the time unlike many properties) and more things to do. There's a senior bus that takes you to everything you need (Walmart, Bank Of America, 99 cents store, etc..). Like any apartment complex, there have been high and low points but the property has been on an upswing. Management has been quick to get rid of any residents that cause… problems and address broken or damaged appliances quickly.

I can't see myself anywhere else. They have brought back the security company and although we don't have internet included with the rent I was able to get Century Link at an affordable price.

Want a nice place to live, where people keep their word, the amenities you pay for provided and a standard of cleanliness and safety then DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. The management has fallen so low they tell bald-faced lies and are removing services and already agreed upon amenities including security, activities and regularly open front office. The staff is awsome very very helpful with everthing Kelsey and Sarah are great people and the property is great love living here also we feel very safe and comfortable. Love this place

I moved my elderly parents in here back in sep of 2014 my mom recently had a stroke in dec and was sent to a nursing facility and we did notify management in a timely manner had to move there stuff out dec 29 and as of now the management staff has tried sending my sick parents harassing notices and phone calls this place is greedy and money hungry and they do no care about their tenants at all not to mention all the homless people and hookers that hang around this place and the bed bug and… cockroach infestation that they did absolutely nothing about. in aLL HONESTY THIS PLACE IS JUST AS BAD AS ANY OTHER SEIGLE SUITES OR BUDGET SUITE IN VEGAS ROBBERIES HOOKERS DRUGS AND VAGERANTS......
