They were nice in the office but they didn't inform us there were cockroaches in the unit. They obviously had some sort of pest control come out prior to our move in as dead adults were coming out through the baseboards. They blended in with the carpet so we never saw them but noticed they were dropping egg sacs and we promptly vacuumed thoroughly trying to mitigate any new hatchlings. unsafe living environment. the office staff is very rude. the apartments look very nice but are poorly maintained

The staff is helpful. Was able to get into a newly upgraded apartment within a 4hr turnaround. Very quiet complex. Only complaint would be the ants. Very stuborn. Pest control is weekly and can be requested via email but the formula used doesn't seem to bother ants. Survey says, Doable.

I have been living here for 11 months. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly. The apartments are kept really clean. I really enjoy using the pool and the fitness center. I wish the fitness center was open 24 hours because with my work schedule it would be easier to access early morning. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the residents. The people above me are very loud. Even when they are not trying, there is very little insulation so you can hear everything… your neighbors do. There is a couple that lives next door to me that argue right outside my door at least once a week. Usually it is at 2 or 3 in the morning. The police have been called and it still happens every week. It is very annoying because there is nothing I can do about it.
