Like many people, I read the reviews before deciding to rent here. One thing that kept coming up was how helpful Liz was throughout the application process, and now I completely understand why so many people mentioned her.

Before finding this place, I had applied to a few other apartments, paid application fees, and every time I called to check on my application, I was either talking to an AI or never got a response at all. Some of those places still haven’t gotten back to me.

Liz made my... application process smooth, fast, and stress-free. She was patient, answered every question I had, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Since I was moving from out of state, I wanted to make sure everything was legitimate and that I wasn’t being scammed. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and that gave me a lot of confidence.

As for the apartment itself, I honestly think it’s a hidden gem. It’s well worth the price. The community is gated, so you need an access code to get in, which adds an extra sense of security. My unit is spacious, the fresh paint and updated lighting make it feel modern, and I really like the overall interior. The layout makes great use of the space, and everything feels clean and well maintained.

Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here. If you’re considering this apartment, I’d definitely recommend it. And if you get to work with Liz, you’re in good hands. She made what can be a stressful process much easier. Read More

Nice clean apartment. Affordable like having utilities and rent in one payment. Liz is very helpful and friendly.

This place is a hidden gem utilities included only 73 units total which means it’s not a lot of people roaming around it’s a little gated community the studios are spacious I been here for a year and I’m not leaving here. Liz is the best she keeps thing's so clean have little holiday parties it’s one of the best communities I lived in since I been out here

Just moved in a few weeks ago and I’m very pleased with everything about my studio apartment. The property manager, Liz is kind and helpful every step of the leasing process. My unit was renovated before my move-in with new wood flooring and light fixtures. Perfect amount of space and surprisingly a lot of storage. It’s easy to make it feel like home. The neighbors are chill. Great location. There’s a lot of noise because of the police station down the street and just general traffic. However, I... feel safe in the gated property. I have been here about 2 years. I'm in their remodeled studio and its very spacious gorgeous lighting cute kitchen It's a great place to live ! I havent even thought about moving out im here to stay. Our property manager Liz is amazing. She is always helpful. The property is very well kept. Maintenance is always on top of things when something needs to get done they do it. Rent is super affordable for how great this complex is. They always have little things going on for the tenants. They know... us all by names and my neighbors are all great ! If you're looking for a great place to live that puts their tenants first and makes you feel like this little property is one big family definitely check this little slice of heaven out first !
