The staff if friendly, I have never had a problem when asking for maintenance, they offer pest control if you need it although I’ve never had a problem with bugs here, and the neighbors are pretty quiet! Overall a great place to live

You will have very different experiences depending on which of the two buildings you move into, but both charge the same amount of rent, which I have never agreed with. The lower number building is drastically louder because the back of it faces a sketchy back alley and a large weekly apartment complex... a very "interesting" crowd if you get my drift. The higher number building faces private homeowners, which naturally are going to be drastically quieter. One thing to watch for is the windows.… Many tenants have complained about the new vs the old windows. You can tell which one is which by the silver or white trim around the window. If it is the white trim then the window is newer and works great at soundproofing and weatherproofing your home, but the apartments with the silver trim windows...stay away! The silver trim windows are very thing single pane windows that do nothing in terms of soundproofing or weatherproofing, so you will hear every little thing from outside and your electric bill will be drastically higher in the summer. Another thing to consider is if you move into the lower number building it faces that weekly apartment buildings dumpers. Ever smell hot trash on a July afternoon? Not pleasant, plus you get the pleasure of hearing those same dumpsters bang together for the twice-weekly trash pickup, which sometimes happens as early as 6 AM. Morning wake-up call anybody. Another thing to keep in mind is there isn't a gated entrance and there aren't any security guards, so essentially anyone can just walk right in off the street and they do at all hours of the day and night. One more thing to consider is the large number of stray cats. Tenants have been told repeatedly to not feed the cats because it keeps them coming back, but they still keep doing it and have yet to be evicted. The stray cats will climb under and on top of your car all while scratching your car's paint in the process. One more thing to consider is how small the laundry room is. There are only four washers and four dryers for the entire apartment complex and many tenants love to put their things in the machines and just walk off, leaving you with no machine to use. Also, many tenants don't respect the machines, which in turn breaks them, now leaving you with even fewer machines to wash your clothes with. Read More

I found my apartment at Ogden Villas on this site. It is a really nice downtown Las Vegas apartment. It is clean and the staff are friendly. If there are any maintenance issues, response is quick.

Just moved in to my new apartment!!clean and beautiful, staff was awesome!!! helpful, and I really appreciate the opportunity they gave us.
