i have been here just over a year and the property went from quiet, clean and inviting to chaotic and filthy . there is no noise control here whatsoever. often days there will be people yelling, cussing and screaming outside of my living room window. i would not recommend living here if you enjoy your peace and quiet. i am currently seeking legal help to break my lease.

This place sucks to live in....I live myself in these apartments right now and I gotta tell you, you are in for a surprise if you think you are getting the deal of a life time by renting at these apartments...These apartments are infested with a huge Roach population living inside the walls and they come out all over the apartment complex and cover all the floors, walls, ceilings and cluttered my bath tub that its even clogged and when I shower, when I finish, lets just say I always end up... swimming in my own dirty water cause the water just stays and wont drain until an hour and a half later. And the worst part of this is that we have brought our issues with the property management and all they say is "well see what we can do about it" and its been over 3 weeks since I told them and they havent done anything to get rid of them or come and unclugg my bathtub. Its rediculous even more cause now they are even raising my rent a few hundred bucks more. How pathetic....I would definitely give this place a Zero star if there was the option but this review will take care of that.
