Great overall experience

We just moved to cimarron apartments a little over a month ago and it has been such a great experience living here so far! Erin helped us with our moving in process and made it such an easy process during that time. Especially with how stressful our move out was from our previous apartment. The whole team made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the second we walked in! We had a maintenance request and it was taken care of first thing the next morning since I put the request in at 8pm. And the… maintenance staff is also super friendly which is a plus, especially when it’s someone entering your home that you don’t know. The location is a perfect spot in town, between prime spots such as downtown summerlin and the southwest side. The community has a gorgeous pool and nice little gym area. If anyone’s looking into a place to move, I couldn’t recommend this complex more!

Fantastic Tour

I toured with Andrea and she was amazing! She answered all my questions and I was very impressed with the property. The pool was clean and the 24 hour gym is a perk! I will be putting in my application for my new home.

Cimarron Apartments

This community is sooo cute!!!! The pool area is beautiful and I love that the gym is open 24 hours!! The staff is very friendly and informative I can’t wait to apply for this community!!! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

Horrible Appliances

My entire experience living her has been horrible. I have been asking for my code to the mail hub for six months and have never heard word one. The toilet is crooked, the appliances are falling apart. They have replaced two of my appliances with ones that were even worse. Every time I turn around I get reminded how much this apartment is NOT worth the rental price I am paying. The office staff doesn't give a rat's backside about tenant needs. Pool your funds with friends and rent a house. Just… don't rent here. You'll regret it. I do every day.
