Fantastic Tour

I toured with Andrea and she was amazing! She answered all my questions and I was very impressed with the property. The pool was clean and the 24 hour gym is a perk! I will be putting in my application for my new home.

Cimarron Apartments

This community is sooo cute!!!! The pool area is beautiful and I love that the gym is open 24 hours!! The staff is very friendly and informative I can’t wait to apply for this community!!! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

Horrible Appliances

My entire experience living her has been horrible. I have been asking for my code to the mail hub for six months and have never heard word one. The toilet is crooked, the appliances are falling apart. They have replaced two of my appliances with ones that were even worse. Every time I turn around I get reminded how much this apartment is NOT worth the rental price I am paying. The office staff doesn't give a rat's backside about tenant needs. Pool your funds with friends and rent a house. Just... don't rent here. You'll regret it. I do every day.

Love it



This community was the nicest I found. The staff was amazing and so helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I toured with Matt and his energy was the best. It was the staff that sealed the deal. Jessica the manager was so kind and helpful and overall so happy with my experience
