Cohiba Courts Apartments

My sister stayed there for over 12 years. The new manager is very noisy. She always wants to know what my sister doing. She’s cannot control tenants playing there music after hours. There’s to much going on there. All I have to say. It’s a bad apartment. Don’t get to friendly with the manager. She’s not what she say.

2 bed 2 bath kitchen and dining room. no living room. rent is $575 a month. great place for low income. water is included. you pay your own electric and cable and internet.

2 bed 2 bath very small no living room small dining room. rent $575 a month. suppose to be a clean community which it is not the tenants trash the place. office manager is really nice. they dont do credit checks. it is affordable for low income people
