Emerald Bay

This is my second year living here and i’ve just had problem after problem. My heater has been out for going on a month now and every time they “fix” the issue my heat lasts for maybe a few hours then cold air starts blowing again. The manager never is available to talk and doesn’t respond to emails and is out of the office almost every time I go there. The leasing is unhelpful and told me it’s not her responsibility to reach out to maintenance to have them stop by when I have NO HEAT during the... winter. Had my motorcycle stollen at 5am -8am in the morning on November 2019 . They did not bat an eye after I told them they had a gate open on the end where no one can pass by, few minute later I go to the same gate to investigate, and there goes the maintenance lady saying it was left open!!! I find the property manager at fault for not contacting corporate and I had police case number, they still haven’t got back to be about the video of the motorcycle stollen, also they have kids breaking mirrors... on cars, stay away from this area Read More

Do NOT recommend! PLEASE look elsewhere, you will regret moving here!!!! They will charge hidden fees, their staff promise one thing yet deliver something else. If anything guess wrong in your unit, they take forever to fix. Everyone I go to the office there's a disgruntled renter (including myself). People who have moved out have also been wrongly accused of stealing the appliances, please save yourselves the HUGE headache!
