Fifty-Seven 95 Flamingo Apartments

THINK TWICE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AS WELL!

Our unit is renovated and aesthetically pleasing but don't be fooled the apartments are old and have many issues AND IT WAS NOT READY FOR MOVE IN. We moved in on the 18th and the new management took over on the 17th. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but our place seems to be falling apart. Garbage disposal had issues for 5 days or so until I came home at 7 am from the gym 2 days ago and My kitchen, pantry and… part of living room was flooded after10 days of living here. Plumber came but didn't speak english so I have no idea what he did. Base boards now need to be replaced. We had no running water out of our half bathroom shower and didn't realize its been like that before we moved in. The maintenance came and fixed it. We are still waiting since saturday and I also put in another request 2 days ago as we have 2 screens missing in the kitchen and 1 missing on our back door, however the manager said they have to wait for the owner's approval smh. We have so many other issues that need to be fixed.

WE HAVE ROACHES AND SEE THEM EVERYDAY, ITS NOT INFESTED BUT THEY TRICKLE ATOUND. ALTHOUGH YOU CAN CALL FOR PEST CONTROL WHY DO WE HAVE ROACHES, WE ARE SUPER CLEAN SMH. BTW I discovered that the new phone number they had was not working and the old one was the one we needed to use. I helped the leasing office lady figure that out. They had no emergency maintenance phone number for 10 days. But left a notice on the 17th for invalid phone numbers. I regret living on the first floor as you can hear hear every step above you. Our pantry door needs to be fixed, halfway closet as well.

There is no smoke detector until you get to the hallway, YES NO SMOKE DETECTOR NEAR THE KITCHEN, DINING AREA AND LIVING ROOM. SO YOU WONT KNOW OF SMOKE IN THESE AREAS UNTIL IT REACHES YOUR ROOM PRACTICALLY. They need more lights around this complex as it could be more brighter. I was told they would have security from 7pm to 5 am but thats a lie, the old office lady told me. When I showed up to the office on 2/20, 2 days after moving in and I was told she left abruptly to work for another company. She was nice but sold us a lie which leads me to believe she rushed our move in due to those reasons. The new office lady said they don't have security.
