Look elsewhere!!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. Not out of choice. Just when the Virus hit we were forced to renew. The apartment itself is nice for a 2 bedroom and is spacious. However the community sucks. Parking is awful. Neighbors are inconsiderate and Loud. The management couldn’t be bothered half of the time. Also had two shooting inside the complex both were not reported to us. We found out by a cop coming to our door to let us know and the other time my husband asked why their was caution tape… wrapped around the community. Also for a gated community the gate is broken half of the time. On top of all that they kept increasing the rent each lease renewal! Look somewhere else. You’d be better off.

Parking sucks

People get the luxury of parking in your spot that you pay for for up to 48 hours while you have to be inconvenienced and park outside the community!

Forced Contract with Poor Internet

Please be advised, when looking at these beautiful apartments that you are forced into a $75/month contract with People's Utility - a very poor, sketchy internet service provider with terrible customer service. It's absolutely a waste of a nice apartment to have such a bad internet provider as the only option, and at such a ridiculously high price per month.

I would tell anyone who is interested in this apartments to take a moment to look up reviews on People's Utility - they tell it how it… really is. STAY AWAY

Parking

Parking isn't enforced at all, what a mess! When I complained they gave me a cone to keep in my spot when I'm not parked there! The management has no part in the daily life here at Atlas Apartments and you would be wise to keep browsing!
