These apts suck, they are mostly for the homeless who are just glad to be off the street. Repairs take for ever. Months. And in some cases very dangerous situations i.e. no fire alarms, water damage, roof leaks. When so call repairs are made then more than likely maintenance has to do it 2 or 3 times to get it right.
