Fusion Las Vegas

I’ve had an extremely poor living experience here at Fusion. I don’t usually write reviews but I could not (not) say something. This is a warning to whoever is looking into leasing a unit. The area is very sketchy and not safe for children let alone women. The gates are constantly braking and will often remain open at night. There are homeless constantly coming through the property (even if gates are closed.) I was approached at night by a homeless man who entered the property and needless to... say I don’t feel safe living here. I did some research and the crime rate is also extremely high in the area which is alarming in itself. On top of all of these issues- rent is constantly going up and they raise the fees on water, sewage, etc. I would most definitely not recommend living here. Read More

The office staff are very nice and informative Miranda

Living here has been a great experience. The whole crew from Kayla in the office to Scott and Carlos maintaining everything. Kayla has been very helpful in all aspects and answering any questions that I have. Over all it’s a 10/10 and I would recommend it.

The apartments were cheaply remodeled. Within the first month things started falling apart. Walls are super thin and could hear everything from the neighbors apartment. Office staff were rude and unwilling to handle issues that were brought to them. The gate was always left open and random people would wander in. Security was often outside the gate smoking weed and not paying attention to the people walking in the gate. Honestly one of the worst apartments I’ve lived in.
