Gramercy Parc Tropicana Good overall leasing experience. The computer systems do send out duplicate messages and the automated lease creation program does make errors, but the front office was quick to fix without issue. Apt was nice and clean as promised. Some units are a distance from parking which is gated but the walk is like a stroll through a well manicured park. I do not go out much during the day in summer Vegas heat. Overall I could not be more pleased and my leasing agent… Selena was wonderful. Feels like home. Hope to stay a while.

?? living here at Gramercy Park I've lived here at Gramercy Park or over 8 years, the apartments are well kept the browns are always clean if he ever have a problem maintenance is there the same day I have no complaints whatsoever.
