Do not live here
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been here only 3 months and truly regret it! I assumed moving close to the strip and they looked good online this would be a great move I was wrong. As soon as I walked in from getting my key I got a call about exterminator coming due to roaches. You should say this before someone moves in. I’ve never lived with them in my life. You see them ever single day makes you not want to cook. You put in a work order for it they just close it out… the swat has been here due to... poor security. Now the water has been off going on 48hrs at 7pm today!! They are barely even updating us. Management is very poor very. They have no concern for their residents.. why have we not been given an update about water being off? The floors come up the tub paint came off within a week. The cabinets had roaches at the top and very disgusting inside. They just put wall paper over the cabinet doors. THIS COMMUNITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
UPDATE SO AFTER POSTING THEY SEND AN ENAIL TO TELL US IT WILL BE OFF UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY SMH 2 days no water I’ve spent $40 on water gallons alone
It’s now 6:44pm still NO WATER 11/9/25 since 8pm 11/7/25 they have a huge roach problem so now dishes have been left unwashed with food on them imagine how much worse it is about to get. Truly inhumane what you guys are doing to us

WORST MANAGEMENT & APARTMENT IN LAS VEGAS
One of the WORST MANAGEMENT & APARTMENT COMPLEX in LAS VEGAS! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Their pipes bursted from the 2nd floor and damaged our property and made our home unstable to live. When issue was brought to management all they said is “things happen”. When asked to move to a different unit or if we can break the lease they said “no it’s still stable to live there. HORRIBLE !

Worse management company & rat infested
They have vacant units full of trash due to their dirtyness you have rats in your unit .. leasing personnel are rude as hell, and have 0 customer service. They treat the tenants awful do not rent from this grimy landlord

Worst apartments I’ve lived in
Not only am I over charged for a studio I was told I was going to get a renovated apartment which didn’t happen which I payed for I have been neglected by maintenance and management for months and I cannot wait to leave this apartment next month when my lease is over.
