High Line at Hughes Center Apartments

The tour itself went well, and I appreciated being given a key fob to explore the property on my own. However, during my visit, I was shown an apartment on the 2nd floor and was led to believe it was available for lease. After my application was approved, I was informed that the unit should not have been listed or shown as available. Unfortunately, no accommodation, concession, or alternative solution was offered despite the confusion and inconvenience this caused. As a result, I had to settle... for an apartment on the 1st, which was not the unit I originally toured and expected to lease.

The application process itself was relatively smooth and straight forward. However, communication throughout the process was frustrating. The phone number listed on the website consistently went to voicemail, and it was difficult to reach anyone in the leasing office when I had questions or needed information. Because I was unable to get timely responses, I often had to search online and piece together answers on my own rather than receiving assistance directly from the property staff.

While I believe the apartments offer great value overall, the experience from initial inquiry through approval was average. The combination of limited communication, being shown a unit that was ultimately unavailable, and the lack of any effort to remedy the situation left a disappointing first impression. From my personal experience, it was not the ideal way to begin living at this community. This complex is amazing and we’ve had the best experience ! Ebony and Leslie in leasing are great and Pete in maintenance as well . It’s so clean quiet pretty great area . Have just loved it all

great location .. moderate price for area … the staff is like truly the friendliest Ebony and Leslie are one of the reasons we feel so comfortable and keep resigning that lease and oh my … Pete can’t forget you as well… he fixes it all and amazing neighbor … it’s not the newest or most modern but it Las Vegas and we know how fast things can be update and replaced here … welcome home

Horrible because I having been experiencing noise above me for almost 10 months slamming of doors running across the floors stomping on the floor when walking and letting things fall on the floor at all hours of the day and right now as I am writing this I have called security so many times and recorded and talked to management called the police and have 5 red cards on the occupants above me also I have left messages with the senior manager over Las Vegas property I even tried to transfer to... another apartment on the fifth floor same building and it was less than the monthly rent I pay now two dots wanted income verification so I sent my pay stubs and downloaded bank info two dots denied me the transfer saying I failed to provide income but you can renew a 15 month lease but not solve a problem with noise that is as simple as a transfer and use income verification as an excuse Read More

I moved in here in April. I broke my lease to move out September. They charge you for everything if you get locked out, you have to beg for them to come let you in. I’ll tell you to call locksmith. They’ll have to drill out the lock and replace the lock $400, you have to buy your own water filter. They also tell you that you got a buy your own lightbulbs. If one burns out your responsible for the batteries for the smoke detectors peoples vehicles have been broken into there’s dog poop all over... the place. The security really sucks. Lotta things are broken on the property management really sucks. The property manager won’t even call the Gm if you get the number to the GM, they won’t even call you back. You can’t even get a hold of anybody at corporate. There’s a lot of people breaking their lease and leaving when you go to place. They’re not upfront with you on the stuff.
