Worst Receptionist

The receptionist at the front desk Nisha, is thee worst representative I’ve met in my life. She comes of condescending as if someone is annoying or bothering her and shows no interest in attempting to send maintenance to fix an issue, instead she’ll belittle your request and say you can do it yourself or hand off a third party number to call to inquire about fixing it on your own. Shortly after my girlfriend decided to utilize the app to put in a request with maintenance to fix the front door.… The following day it was done without the maintenance team needing to enter the apartment at all. All I wanted was for her to put in the same request because I’m not good with thee app but she wanted to argue with me and say other wise? Her presence in the office discourages me from coming in for help in the future…

Terrible staff

Our apartment had a lot of maintenance issues. We called the staff to fix this multiple times. When they did “fix” it, it would break down soon after.

Don’t come here especially with kids!!!

Dead roaches everywhere in cabinets and dishwasher!!!!
Water always turns off for hours!!!!!! So I can’t wash my baby’s bottles!!
Street Cats everywhere outside

A very welcoming experience

What can I say? The staff is “stellar “!! They were all so helpful in getting me into my new apartment. Truly the best experience I’ve had in renting an apartment home. I’d refer and am referring anyone I know to this property who is looking for the best of service.. Four thumbs up to Bloom & their staff!!

Good orderedly direction

Management are really helpful in my opinion and judgement I've been around for years and never had a problem so it's just a matter of telling them then maintenance will straight to you automatically even with miss Nisha around she's a care bear as long as I can afford the apartment I'll continue to stay.
