International Villas

I sent an email to lease a unit. I was told that they didnt have anything avalible but they said the day before that they had two units. When i asked when they would have an apartment for rent the manager told me they would not have anything until January 2016. The price has gone up 300 hundred dollars from the last posting I seen and its not worth it. The customer service is horrible and the buildings are not worth the price they are listed for. Went to look at these. Spoke to Allan in the office, and was told they wouldn't have anything available till March. I was informed that another company owns several units in this complex, and they had some units available. I set up a showing with the other company. They were extremely unprofessional: didn't know the prices, what was available, and didn't even bring an application with them to the showing. I called the next day to fill out an application, and they said it was already rented out.… Complete waste of my time. I also noticed that the units that were managed by Allan @ International Villas were much cleaner and neater looking than the third party units. Allan (in the office) was a very nice man. Within hours I had answers to all my concerns. I was given the name and phone number of who to contact when I reached my decision. My choice is international villas..no hesitation or doubt. Infact I have decided to target my move date much sooner than expected!

After 2 weeks of trying - this company still doesn't answer the phone. I've left repeated messages with no response. Very unprofessional. I guess they aren't in business anymore.
