Home Sweet Home

My current apartment is state/federal government owned since I am disabled, not because I can't work. The building is 45 years old, very badly managed and I like the best things, not a mansion, just a safe home, safe neighborhood and some modern conveniences.
I could pay the rent here and pay medical bills or move to a better place and feel safer. Thank you
