Dirty property
I moved because :
Trash cans were always overflowing
Management does not take care of business
Constantly calling to fumigate my apt
Children ringing your doorbell begging for money
Neighbor playing music all night
Police are always being called to this complex
Homeless are a real problem they dig in the trash and throw it on the ground
People are able to put dining room tables and other furniture outside of there apt and nothing is done about it

best deal for your $
Great space for the money. Can not get anything in vegas this big for this cheap. It would be perfect if a few less desirable neighbours moved out.
