New ownership is terrible

New ownership came in and immediately raised our rent, painted all the buildings grey, painted over the colored window tiles and spent our money on stupid stuff like repainting the parking lot when there’s a massive roach infestation on the property. They somehow have the money to renovate the apartment next to mine but can’t fix my broken mailbox or my broken stove or the missing drawers in my kitchen. The only good part about this property is the location being close to the strip.

Cozy Place to Live

I think this is the perfect place to rent if you are looking for a nice hideaway from the crazy chaos of the Las Vegas Strip. The landscape and environment are very close nit which gives me a sense of togetherness here at this community with my neighbors.

This is not a well managed apt complex

This place has one problem after another. Absolute pigs occupy several of the units and it is now bed bug infested and is not being properly addressed. There for they will never be eliminated. They also use unfair practices and do not care about their tenants. Repairs that are made after much grief are done very poorly. Once again showing how little they care about their tenants. Your only options is to move which is never any fun or cheap . So do not rent from this management group.look them up… and avoid them if possible.

It's unfortunate but bedbugs are a city wide problem. Residents have to notify the office of the issue and request treatment. They also need to follow the guidelines that are provided by our pest control company to be successfully treated and not… re-infest themselves. If a resident has them but does not notify the office, we can't treat a problem we're unaware of. Repairs are completed as soon as possible and correctly. Sometimes we have a delay due to an order that is being shipped from out of state or the problem is a large one and can't be completed in 1 or 2 days. If you feel you've been treated unfairly please contact the office and explain the situation.
