La Villa Estates

We were apartment shopping from California and we stopped by without an appointment and Laura was gracious enough to give us a tour. We toured 12 different properties and upon returning home to Cali. we decide to rent from Laura and La Villa. She helped to streamline the process and got everything completed and approved within days. In her absence I was also assisted by Nancy, the Director of Leasing and I even had the opportunity to interact with Miranda, the Manager. I must say that the entire… staff here at La Villa were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This made me feel totally comfortable with my decision to lease from them. I cannot say this for some of the other properties that we visited. I will be moving at the end of January and can't wait to enjoy the massive weight room, sauna, racquetball court, the pool and the most amazing location. Every restaurant, big box store, retail store, bowling alley, movie theater, you name it, is within a 9 minute drive. I have lived all over the country and I have never experienced everything in one place like it is here at La Villa. We moved from New Jersey a little over a year ago, so this has been our only place of residency thus far in Navada. We absolutely love it here and have no plans on moving out any time soon. It's calm, quiet, clean, and it's a well-maintained property. Location is near almost anything you would need and in walking distance is a plaza right across the street. making it super convenient for someone with no means of transportation.
I absolutely LOVE the staff!!!!!! The office staff ladies are so… sweet and helpful, and the maintenance team is awesome at what they do. The team over all does such an AMAZING job at getting work orders addressed and completed. I've had my share of apartment living experiences and by far this has been 1 of the best.

I did a tour of the two bedrooms. The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly and it was very quiet.

You will be sorry, we moved over a year or so ago, so happy. Keep in touch with our friends, they keep us informed.
Daily problems, poor management, nothing works, breakins, not a safe place to live.
I guess everyone is complaining and they do nothing about it. They do not care.
Also they are saying many are leaving or planning to leave.
We are so happy we left by the sounds of things. Scary.
