Those 5 star reviews are ALL FAKE PLEASE READ!

Worst place you could possibly stay in Las vegas. Apartment managers lie often. literally nothing is ever in order. The place is overly infested with cockroaches not exaggerating one bit there will be roaches on your couch and bed and in your cabinets , roaches in the refrigerator etc. I am not exaggerating. DO NOT STAY HERE . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED . There will be drug addicts and homeless people roaming the halls all day and night . They like to sleep in front of your door if you are in one of… the corner apartments. My ceiling leaked Everytime it rained and had mold the entire time I stayed there. I asked them to repair this but was only ignored . I would sue for negligence if I could afford a lawyer . . This apartment needs to be torn down expeditiously and paradigm realty should not be allow to do business in the state of Nevada for having people in this property while in such bad conditions.

this property is a nice facade full of problems

Renters beware, air that doesn’t work, staff that doesn’t care, management company that doesn’t follow policy. This property has eliminated on site management and is person security. All to save a buck. This is an unfortunate miss in my book.

Great location!

I could not ask for a better location! Close to shopping and entertainment. The apartment has everything new. It’s warm and cozy. I also want to point out that the customer service is amazing. The property is well maintained and quiet.

Wow! Exceeded my expectations.

My boyfriend and I had been checking out several places before coming to this little place. I honestly have to say Loma has exceeded my expectations, I know the area is a little busy with traffic and busy will all the tourists but it's in a great location. You are within close proximity to the downtown area ( Fremont area) and the Art District which I love. We are locals so it doesn't bother us, the closer to downtown we are the better.
The property looks like it has gone through some… renovations and the units themselves have upgrades so this made it a plus for us. And, they have a very professional staff.

Honestly, I am just wowed! Glad that we chose this place to live.
