How Is This Rating Determined?

Beautiful complex but with lacking managerial support

This complex has been renovated from top to bottom and the newly designed units are incredible. Maintenance stays on top of issues and they keep the grounds inside and out looking pristine. However do not expect much solid support from management here. Between not listening to tenants issues, promises not kept and serious lack of taking ownership of problems and lack of responsibility this is something new tenants here will have to be very aware of upon moving in here and will have to keep up... with. Other than that issue the units and overall area are great. Great restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance.
