I love living at Maverick! Everything here is top notch! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The grounds are beautifully maintained! The amenities are excellent! I absolutely love living here! Best move I ever made!

Upscale, Resort-Style Living

Not sure why there are less than 5 stars for Maverick. The staff is extremely professional, engaging, and friendly. The luxurious amenities here are incredible, above and beyond resort-style living. It's more than just living here, it's a lifestyle and a community with remarkably friendly residents. The apartments are modern, clean, and upscale with attention to detail with various options. Prime location. Simply the BEST in Las Vegas!!

Unprofessional and Rude leasing employees!

How do these individuals get hired? I mean, seriously these people are so rude and they don’t have good customer service. Not only are the employees rude (Jazzmin) but also the manager. I guess the Apple doesn’t fall fair from the tree.

Great Staff and Made it Easy

They have been great from start to finish. A few bumps on the road, but expected since it's a brand new community. No new business is perfect at opening! Overall, they handled our concerns with urgency, always friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Clearly the 1 star review prior to mine was someone we do not want in our thriving community. Thank you from a satisfied tenant!
