Flawed window caulking

I was transferred to another unit….
I located two months later the problem, took photos of window that wasn’t caulked properly! Next door construction started and the debris came through like a paint sprayer! I was dismissed and slept in a recliner for six weeks. Furniture cleaning was refused by management. Now six month later I am having Allergy shots, twice weekly, these shots will be for the next 3-5 years! I’m dealing with headaches daily! I notified management two and a half months ago!… VA has replaced two CPAP machines, I checked the filters waking up and going to bed. Waking up the filter was black and it wasn’t the first time! I asked for HVAC to be cleaned along with furniture that was purchased and delivered to this complex! I am 64 years old and have lived in Vegas for over twenty years and never had Allergies or issues. My Pulmonologist agreed it’s me, I change the filter weekly, put clothes on leaving for a walk or drive for fresh air! I was ask to show proof, or candles or incense were burning! They need to breath this bad air

This property is amazing!

We toured this property and stayed there for two night to get a sense of the community. The Units are well appointed and the amenities are fantastic. The only downside is that the pool isn't heated and they don't have a jacuzzi. However, the community kitchen, the fitness room, the game room, the craft room, the theatre room, and the fully loaded library make up for the pool issues. All of the staff were wonderful to us! We worked closely with Mariah and Erica. They were informative, so… professional, so kind and made us feel like we were part of the Mera Rhodes family. It's a wonderful property to consider!! I can't wait to live there!!

Poorly Constructed

This apartment complex has many construction flaws. Floors are uneven, kitchen cabinets don't match up and many more issues. Security is awful with this complex.
Management has changed hands so many times and there is no structure with events and schedules.
It has potential to be nice.

Heads Up. Hostile Staff Here

The staff is extremely hostile towards seniors which is a shame because this place is new. If you want to live in a place where the staff doesn't care about you, only your pocketbook, then this place is for you. If you want to find a place that has a little more patience and understanding AS WE ARE SENIORS, then look elsewhere.
