Pacific Harbors Sunrise

So, I moved in maybe over a year ago & first thing they gave me a dirty unit with bugs all in the windows & the water didn't have hot water so we had to get that in order, next they had no blinds on the windows & the apt wasn't cleaned properly when we moved in, the gate worked when I moved in but other tenants either drove through the gate or did something to cause it to malfunction so it hasn't been working for months. Our A/C has gone out a few times & it hasn't worked as it should. All the… maintenance guys would do is replace fuses. So when it would stop working we would put a request in to fix it and no mention of anything wrong with the unit or anything, until recently when it went out again, new fuses didn't fix it so its been out for a week plus before the guy came to look at it. He said that it needed a part. then were told the wires were cut no real explanation why, then a few days later told it might need a whole unit & that ours it one of the oldest ones at the complex & then a few days past and were told there is other peoples A/C's thats out as well & they have to respond to those ones first. So some of the maintenance men told us different things & the management in the office told us different things but nothing clear as to when it would be fixed or what needed to he fix or any updates. they would just leave stuff in the air. So to sum everything up about this place. POOR COMMUNICATION. NOT GIVING ANY SOLUTIONS TO FIX MY UNIT OR UPDATES ONTO ANYTHING WITHIN THE APT. TREES FALLING ONTO PEOPLES CARS. GATE NOT WORKING. POOL NOT WORKING. ROOF FALLING OFF OF UNITS. AC NOT WORKING. RUNNING WATER WASN'T GETTING HOT..
