PARADISE PALMS Apartments

The units have new flooring fresh paint and new appliances!! They also have a pool that really nice and also clean!!! So grateful to be able to come inside the complex and see how nice it is and the price is reason able for the area!!

They need a new manager to take over. the manager does not know the laws for there tenants. When you go and speak to her she has a attitude they need these apartments to under new management and I bet they would be so much better.what kind of manager has another tenant (close friend are not) doing a job that a manager should be doing. There is no pool but all winter long they were cleaning the pool and now that it's summer they don't clean it. We ask to speak to some one hire then her and she is... hesitant on giving us a number to call are she told us her manager does not want to speak to us. I believe no main manager would say that. I've been requesting for them to spray my apartment for inseects (black spiders) for 3 months nothing has been done and plumbing issues nothing bone .. F.Y.I need a manager that speaks better English ....and that understands the laws for there tenents.
