rent may reflect property value v comps but does not account for inept staff. dereliction of duty w/o discipline/corrective training for failure. so...continuous failure inevitable. water shutoff w/o notice. 3 attemps over several days by selected vendor to repair A/C while unit reached 90+ degrees. service calls always incomplete, cannot do anything right the first time. kicker: vendor dispatched to wrong address. It would seem that leasing office staff would know your address...amiright?... general manager did opposite and charged me rather than issue agreed upon credit. shouldn't a person that accounts for rent payments know the diff between credit and debit...perhaps highschool diploma just not enough for GM position. built way back and not maintained well. drafty. insulation between units minimal. electrical outages. internet/cableTV wiring unreliable.

rules about garbage, parking, pets, noise not enforced. no security patrol.

pool hit or miss. advertise fitness room but isn't one.

if you are educated and have a job you will likely want end your lease day two. if you have never lived in a nice place...Spring Valley Highlands is for YOU.

will not allow you to preview property,... expect lease hold payment site unseen...is that even legal? red flag!

With the previous management, now a bad experience, High rotation of new residents every month, the level or quality of residents went down. Very noisy especially early in the mornings with the use of blowers for the landscaping.
Some of the complexes do not have office onsite , no security at all.
Used to be a much better place to live before
