Bad Karma

The property is beautiful, but Dolores in the office just about hangs up on you while repeating the same unhelpful response. She is nice at first, then as rude and incredibly mean as she wants to be for years to come. Things break down a lot so maintenance may end up entering quite often, in addition to 2 inspections a year.

Roach motel

This property is a roach motel. Stove caught fire twice, never replaced. Moldy walls and floor. Lost $1000 worth of appliances. Took security deposit after left in pristine condition and wanting more money . DO NOT LIVE HERE

Love it

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is amazing. So sweet and so helpful. Love my apartment and the price. Thinking about being here for a while.
