This place is awful. They are are super nice while getting you into an apartment. But that melts away when you have a real issue. I moved in May, 2026. Cosmetically, it looked okay. I documented what I found at move in. Submitted a few requests. Tried to live with the paint on renovations. But things were already falling apart. Cabinet doors were hanging off and one crashed down on me. The cabinets are wrapped and that was coming off alround the edges. I couldn't take a full shower because the... hot water ran out pretty immediately. I put in a request. A nice gentleman from another property came and had recommendations but didn't do the work right away. Then the request was just closed. A week or so later, my water heater is completely broken. I have to wait days for hot water... in the summer... when bathing is not optional.
The property is the cheapest, poorest quality home I've ever lived in. They call it "luxury" but that is a total lie. The cheap, rolled vinyl flooring was not even finished. Within a few weeks, it is pulling up and creating a tripping hazard. I was told it would be addressed. It has not. They clearly found the cheapest carpet they could. It's frayed where it was left unfinished. The bathtubs are "refinished" using some kind of weird paint. It's quite strange. Definitely not quality. And FAR from luxury. The countertops are "refinished" with paint. Again, it's strange and low quality. The model home is a lie.
The once friendly office staff lies. They tell you something will happen. It does not. Tiera takes over a week to respond to your concerns. They are always too busy for you. They never should have rented my apartment in this condition. I hate coming home every day. I wish I could post photos of this. It's unbelievable.
The area is lovely. There's other properties. Go to those.
