Definitely worth taking a TOUR!!
We recently toured Tempo Apartments (55+) here in Las Vegas and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We met with Nay, the apartment manager, and she was truly accommodating and professional. Nay took time to answer all of our questions in detail—especially regarding the different apartment types, the qualification requirements, and what to expect during the application process. She also shared helpful information about the dates of available 1- and 2-bedroom units, including what... was currently open and what’s coming up soon, which we really appreciated.
A special shoutout to Melody, Nay’s assistant, who went above and beyond for us. Melody even held off her lunch schedule just to make sure we were able to see the units that were available. She walked us around the property grounds and gave us a thorough tour, pointing out the many amenities and features the community offers residents. Even though she’s new to the company, her enthusiasm and positive energy really stood out—she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. She is definitely a great addition to the team Ms. Nay has on staff.
The property itself is very nice and appeared clean, well-maintained, and well-managed. We liked that it has three phases, and the newest phase is truly beautiful—very modern and updated. The second phase was a little less modern, but still very nice, with a warm dark cherry wood aesthetic that gives it a classic, cozy feel. Overall, Tempo gives a strong impression of being a peaceful, well-kept community with great staff and a lot to offer.
