Overpriced for the area, safety issues, noise.
While the staff is friendly, the actual bang per buck of the property leaves much to be desired. When there was a shooting, residents were barely informed and management refused to take any blame for the incident whatsoever (entrances are only keycard access, there's no enforcement on people entering).
Besides this, there are consistently super loud parties that go late (think 3 am) into the night in the central pool area on what feels like every day of the week (but more like 4-5 days per... week). Additionally, there is ZERO enforcement of their drug-free policy, and my and my roommate's bathrooms smelled like marijuana on several occasions courtesy of the adjoining vents. Nice.
As far as positives go, it is very close to campus so it is convenient in that respect. Buying a parking pass from the University and parking across the street is just as convenient and much cheaper than paying $50/mo for the privilege of a parking space internally. The front desk staff are friendly and understanding, but can't help you in most situations.

Top tier staff and living
The staff is very helpful and always able to help me out. The apartment is one of the nicest I've ever lived in. Extremely glad I chose to live here.
