The Fairways by Picerne

We have been here for almost 3 years and everything was great at first. We initially noticed the reviews regarding the scorpion issue while apartment searching, but we had no choice to question it as we needed to hurry and get out of our living situation at that time in 2019. We fell in love with the complex but then started noticing scorpions would trickle in every so often, the first one was in our bed and stung my fiance. We chalked it up to be just part of desert living. Now, I had lived… here for 5 years in a different area and had never seen one once during that time, but I digress. We had the apartment's bug come and spray. He said there's not much that can be done and confirmed that our Home Defense spray was good enough to warrant him not coming over every week. Fast forward to 2021 to today, the scorpion issue has been an absolute nightmare. I've complained to the office and have been flat out ignored. During one week on August 2021, we 4 scorpions, some on the same day and one as large as my fiance hand that crawled out of out bahtroom fan. We have sent photos, videos, I even tried emailing them about it and our concerns are being ignored. We shouldn't have to live in fear of our own home but here we are. We've been living here at fairways for a year now and any issues we had ,they always resolved it in a fairly quickly timely manner and office staffs are great!

I have been living at Fairways Apartments for 2 years and I have only positive comments. The office staff are a pleasure to speak with and always have a positive attitude. They are always eager to solve problems and resolve issues. I have had some maintenance repairs on my apartment and the maintenance staff are always clean and respectful when they enter my apartment for repairs.

Fairways has 3 pools and 3 spas and they are always clean and organized. Adjacent to the pools are grills with… seating areas. I walk the 17-acre apartment complex on a regular basis and it is always clean and the landscaping is beautifully manicured. Over the last 2 years I have spoken with a lot of residents that live here and I have only heard positive comments from them about Fairways.
As far as location is concerned across the street there is a park with a half mile walking trail and a half mile up the street is a major shopping center with most everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
I give Fairways Apartments 5 stars out of 5 stars.

I have been living at Fairways @ Southern Highlands for 3 years. Management team do make great effort to solve any issues at Fairways. Maintenance repairs are always taken care of and “fixed”!! I’ve had the same dyer for 3 years and maintenance fixed it. And now I can use my dryer at the energy saving level, ??. Scorpions yes, call office to schedule pest control out and done!! Safety issues call the office and they will address it. They continue to upgrade. Great location for all your needs.
