Ridiculous HOA fees
The HOA fees have gotten out of hand they advertise these things which are either out of date or self sustaining. They have gotten rid of most of the grass, the hot tubs are gross and need to be emptied and cleaned along with many other complaints.
They are simply price gouging and lining their pockets at our expense. Something needs to be done about this before there is a law suit on their hands. No one can live under these conditions.

resident's at canyon gate
it's an okay place to live ,but the hoa suck's big time !!! lol. parking is also bad,but it has 3 pool's two weight room's,all in all not a bad place to live ! ive been here 3 yrs myself .but there are better and newer apartment's in las vegas....that i would rather move to !!!
