Don’t live here problems never fixed.
Roaches come back no matter how clean you are or how much you spray. Also since rain started I’ve had multiple leaks. Office tells me they are looking for best price to fix it. Also I was told only certain units get sprayed for pest??? Makes no sense.

bad neighborhood. Constant sirens and police activity. People drive 30mph + in the parking lot and almost hit you coming around the corner. Walls very thin & pipes are extremely loud. I can hear my upstairs neighbor shower, and flush the toilet. There is a bug problem. Neighbors smoke weed and you can smell it through the vents. Poorly built renovations, as you can literally hear every single thing the upstairs neighbors do and say. Not worth the price. Management does not respond to emails.

No gated community with no night security. So many crime and stranger activities. Rude and unhelpful management. Buggs and dirty pathways, parking, and pool. guaranty you will lose your packages and deliveries with car breaks.

Close to grocery stores and casinos , easy access to bus routes , friendly neighbors and friendly staff, pool and workout area , computer room , PET FRIENDLY.
