This place is horrible, no matter how cool Ken might seem it's all smoking mirrors. Ran down facillities is just the start. Rude staff, unprofessional customer service, old tv's old furniture, and unsafe for women, and defintly not worth 237 per week for the first five weeks or 249 per week for the first five weeks. Gang members lurk around the facillities and drug dealers plus some rooms have bed bugs. One more thing, if you ever have a problem at Town and Country don't look for anyone to help... solve your problem. Being a commission only sales consultant, having rent that is budget friendly is paramount. So when I set out 4 years ago to find an apartment that I could call home and be happy with, while having all the things important to me I checked out at least 20 properties.
This has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Being as my wife Lisa and I reside in Las Vegas an apartment building with roaches ands scorpions is very hard to find. I had checked out a lot of properties that... were 4-5 rated and just about all of them had a scorpion and/or roach problem. In 4 years we have yet to see one of either. Property management does a wonderful and thorough job at pest control.
Parking is convenient and well designed. The apartments are equipped and furnished with all the amenities that we need. The management and staff are friendly, personal and it feels like family. The mail room is located within a manned office so the security that provides makes me very comfortable.
The property has an elevator which is necessary because my wife is handicapped, wheel care and bed bound. Being as entry into the apartment is limited to one door in, the security that the building provides allows me to go to work and not worry about her safety.
The property is located within minutes of all the restaurants, Casinos, shopping centers, movie theaters, parks and all points of interest with out being to close to them which makes for stress free access.
