This apartment complex you get what you pay for. My unit was clean. I cant speak for the roach comments. I just wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Rent is going up, I don't think the increase is worth it unfortunately.

Roach infested apartments. Managers wait weeks to send someone out to fix the problem. Suppose to be a gated community the gates don’t work. Not safe. People steal packages off your doorstep. Don’t move here.

These apartments as far as maintenance don't fix anything! Like take literally Years to fix anything, but make sure to collect rent on time . Staff isn't organized , they don't keep up with there tenants rent or work orders so make sure you keep all receipts & make copies of everything . Walls are really thin , can't have kids because neighbors complain about everything . Not such a safe environment . The park is all messed up & dirty . They don't open the pool until summer is basically over.… Worst staff, maintenance ! Place itself is pretty big & not that bad . Do not renten in this place. Very bad administration, terrible maintenance. My apartment never got the closet doors in the rooms. Since I arrived the doors of the Master bathroom closet are broken, they never changed them. The storage of the balcony was closed and they never opened it. The condo is full of cockroaches, and so many more problems. No matter how much you talk in the office so they can fix things and improve living conditions, there are few times that they do so to say nothing.… Anyway, I do not recommend them. Read More
