do not rent from 5004 #201
First of all sublease is not allowed here.but this person still does it so he can live there for free. He also runs a scam. He will charge you deposit and he will not return it. This person is filthy dirty, it's unbearable. Plays mound music with sub till 3-5 am on a daily basis. Power gets shut off Cus of unpaid bill. Noone lasts more than a month or two. Even if you last he will make you leave with whatever reason he has. And remember sublease is not allowed. You have no direct... communication with the landlord. Or leasing agency. Plus this management is awful. They will not care. Please save yourself the headache and money. Find a real home.

it would be a good place to live if managers would fix things when I call ive been here 4 years and have to fight to get anything done
