My,Home on earth:

LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!!!!

I just moved in and I LOVE my new home . When I came to the property to start my application process Mallory and Trenton was very helpful and informative . Mallory communicated excellently with me during the whole application process. Upon moving in I was able to use the property dolly to help bring my furniture in because I'm on the 3rd floor so that was very helpful for me and my friend that was helping me move . The maintenance team Jose and Sam were very helpful as well in walking me… through my unit and making sure all my appliances were on and ready to be used. Myself and my daughter are very excited about our new home ..Thank you front office staff and maintenance I look forward to my stay at Lake Mead West community. .

Apartment preview

Yesterday, June 29, 2023, My Sister and I went to get information and to see the apartments. My Sister is looking for an apartment. Chauntel Ray escorted us around and gave us information. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and so kind and informative. I really hope my Sister gets an apartment there if everyone is as nice and friendly as Chauntel. The apartments are beautiful and everything, pool, gym, and parking area is perfect. Thank you, Chauntel, You are Exceptional!!!

The property manager was rude & disrespectful

I have never been to an apt complex where the property Manager talks about children ??. This lady was rude and out of line for even speaking on my child who is sick. She had no communication skills and flat out disrespectful. I didn't even finish my application. Worst experience ever.

Soon hope to be living here ????

My name is Timothy and I talked to Esmeralda. She was very helpful explain the details of The property. Soon to be open in June or July. I walked by the property often and I hope to be one of the residents there soon the place is beautiful much needed in this area.??
