Palmilla Townhomes

I recently visited Palmilla and absolutely loved the community and the amount of space the homes have. the office staff was so nice and helpful i only wish they had something available for me I will be checking in later in the month to see if anything came up.

While looking for a new place to live and searching the web I came across Palmilla town homes. even after reading a few negative review i decided to take a chance on looking into the town homes I called on Saturday and a very nice girl by the name of Carolina answered the phone and asked me if i would like to come by and take a tour of the property, i did inform her that I was looking for a 4 bedroom and she told me that currently they had nothing available at this time. but i can be put on a… wait list. she was very helpful and I hope to hear for her soon i really love the space.

I have been a resident of Palmilla for over 2 years and I absolutely love the office staff they are very helpful and always willing to listen when ever you need them. my home is very spacious and i love having my own garage and laundry room and now that the main issue of lighting on the property is being taken care of i will diffidently be staying for another year.

After reading horrible reviews on different websites, i finally decided to stop by and get information since i will be moving out of my current apartment in June. I was very concern about the reviews i read online. Came to the office and i was greeted with professionalism the office staff was very nice and explained to me the moving fees and what is need to apply, i saw a few floors plan and i think i found the right place to live.
