QNO-Quarter North

Per the reviews many of you may be skeptical about living here. Here's my Honest Review of this place. we starting looking in late September for a new place to call home. This one had been on my Radar since they first started being built 2023. anyhow, we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in September and Spoke with Scarlett The assistant Property Manager. she answered some questions and then we looked at a unit. we looked at the 2 bedroom/ 2 full baths that is set up like for roomates. the... floor plan was open the back yard was a decent size. there are no common walls to our neighbors, community seemed fairly clean and it's a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY which was a huge plus for us since I have breathing Issues. we looked at one other place besides this one. we made a decision that we were going to drive the complex at various times of the day and night to get a feel for it. we visited multiple times before making a firm choice that this what we now call home. when it came time to do the documents and stuff that were required we had some issues with the website. My husband spoke to the Property Manager Jerry and he was happy to assist with helping us complete this process along with assistance from Scarlett. we have lived here just shy over a month now. If we need something fixed or addressed the office and Maintenance has always been right on top of it! plus they only have one guy doing it all which is crazy! First of all management has never answered my calls or emails. The units themselves are very cheaply and poorly constructed. The baseboards are literally cardboard. there is an insect problem and many neighbors have complained. The pool is constantly trashed or being used by very loud inconsiderate people. The gym has no cleaning wipes and everything is quite gross. The walk thru gates are broken. They have shut the water off with less than 24 hour notices 3 times since I have moved in. They... have let a good percentage of the landscaped plants die. There is not enough parking and the garages are small and also poorly constructed. They will nice and responsive to get you to move in then silence after. They already brought in a new manager who seems even worse than the last. The property constantly has trash EVERYWHERE. Rent is $400 higher than what was advertised. There is no privacy. people are constantly outside my house windows and doors. Several times I have caught people looking over my “yard” fence. I am quiet, clean and keep to myself, but this place does not feel worth the price at all. the only positive is not sharing a wall but the walls are so thin I hear my neighbors front door slam constantly. The staffs are very professional and caring about quality of service/work provided to tenant. Here at Quarter North I feel the energy and enthusiasm of staffs more than just a tenant; but like family.

How do you know there was excellent throughout the application process, updating me when the time or when the availability would be for the move-in considering it was a very new development and I do really love the plans of non-connecting homes. It’s a very smart and wise decision.

Quarter North gave me the best experience from the website to the office. I would recommend this community to only a certain group of people. People that will appreciate and take care of the community.
