Staff is awful

Absolutely do not move here.

The property is nice enough, but you will not be able hear yourself think over the direct sound path of the airplanes that are coming and going to the airport until 2am every night.

The maintenance will also not remove any ice from stairs or walkways in the winter unless you report that you have already fallen on it.

On the move-out the staff will do everything they can to keep your almost $1000 deposit (and charge you more on top of it), and if you call to... dispute that they will magically find out they can drop some charges after "re-auditing your account", but still want to keep your entire deposit.

TLDR; You won't be able to sleep and you will never see your outrageously large deposit again.

Went way downhill

Corporate housing company bought these units, all the staff were replaced and made me want to end my lease ASAP.

I Loved Living Here!

I loved living here! In all the apartments we've lived in since 1994, this was our favorite. It was very spacious and has many amenities not found in other apartments: The laundry room is huge and is much better than machine in a closet. The kitchen pantry is large and the kitchen counter space is excellent. We lived in an apartment that faced other apartments and the trees and desert landscaping. So private and quiet and beautiful when it snowed. Staff was very accommodating about quick... snow/ice removal on sidewalks. If it wasn't for a job relocation, we would have stayed a long time. Now we live in Portland in an apartment more expensive and half the size! Even though Horizons have raised their prices a little, the apartment is still a great deal and wonderful place to live!

Property Staff - Unfriendly

I saw an apartment available from Aug1 in apartments.com, When I called up for checking on the same there is a blunt response saying we don't have availability right now , you can come and check our property site in person .Before I could say something she disconnected the call.

I called up again to find out when is the latest available date for a 1Bed 1 Bath apartment , really pathetic customer handling .
