Great Pricing and Friendly Staff
ParcOne60 has full-size kitchens in its studios and free parking for the residents. All utilities are included in the rent, which is great if you're trying to save money and get a great deal on rental rates.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am a first-time renter, and the leasing agent made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. I was having a hard time finding a complex that rented to me since I had no rental history, but that was no issue for ParcOne60
Every community has… its issues, but there is nothing that happens at ParcOne60 that makes me feel unsafe.
