Sub-Standard

The apartment complex (Terracina Apts) is 18 years old. Construction of basic infrastructure is sub-standard. A two bedroom, two bath with outdoor balcony was built with the cheapest materials. Plumbing & Electrical is substandard. Kitchen cabinets woodwork is poorly designed & wood materials substandard,
Carpeting is the cheapest type found and has ripples throughout. Appliances , Stove, Oven & Refrigerator are of the lowest grade in quality. Exterior paint & construction is totally negative in... appearance. Baths, showers, sink basins, toilets are all substandard in basic quality.
