MOD Midtown!
I currently live at the MOD midtown and love it! I am so close to all of the best things in midtown. I am in love with the newly renovated apartments and it just feels like home with great neighbors!

Great Spot!
This spot is such a cute one with the updated and modern appliances inside the studio! I am currently a resident here who moved from out of state, it’s been an awesome location for me so far with everything so close by.

Make It 10 Stars...
Well located - Well built - Well managed...in a safe and attractive environment. Maddie, the Manager, is superb. The studio apartment was beautifully designed and well-equipped. The Truckee River provides a vibrant setting and the Riverwalk is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Amazing Place to Live
The mod is great. It's in the best part of Reno right by the Riverfront and really close to all the cool coffee shops and restaurants in Reno. They have a nice parking garage inside the building so I feel like my car is safe. It's a great way to meet other young people moving to Reno and have a community when you first move here!

Gem of a place in the hottest area in Reno
The Mod is one of the most beautiful buildings in Reno. Newly constructed, it is the ideal place for those looking to stay in a trendy part of town in style. The manager is great and very responsive to your needs. I challenge you to find a better building in Reno! Thanks to the management team for keeping the building running like a well-oiled machine! :)
