The Plaza at 4th Street Apartments

I've lived at The Plaza since it was brand new, 13 years. Every time I get restless and think of moving, I remember what drew me here in the first place: The Plaza truly is the best bang for the buck. Washers and dryers in every unit, lots of cupboards and closets and a pantry, great floor plans with no wasted space, an elevator in the one-bedroom building, a bus bench right in front (routes 5, 11, 13 and 15), and, last but in no way least, a friendly, responsive, accommodating management... team (thank you, A, E and E!!!)

The Plaza doesn't look or feel like a typical lower income housing complex with all the apartments crammed together. For example, the 19 "A" building units are on top of commercial properties, so there's little to no noise from below. The parking lot separates "A" from "B" and "C" buildings, which in turn are separated by a playground/small park. Great design. Read More
