The management is awful. The property manager is unreliable which is especially annoying because everything is always breaking. Lights go out and water leaks constantly, rent goes up each lease, and there is no parking. This place is truly a testament to how little leasing companies care about their tenants.

The location is great for those who are students. On the other hand, there are constant problems with the unit - broken light fixtures, leaky plumbing, loud neighbors, broken door hinges, broken furniture... etc. If you intend on living here, don't plan on bringing any furniture because the apartment is furnished, and because there is no elevator. The trash is hardly ever picked up by Waste Management, and the Reno winds blow the overflowing garbage all over the breezeways. There is also no... parking, so I have to walk 10 minutes to my car daily. The rent is increased every year, which would be fine if the apartment was actually worth the money. Oh and when you go online to pay the rent, don't forget there is an additional $30 transaction fee as well as a $25 utilities fee. Too expensive for the quality.
